Nicole Zamora, CFRE, FCEP, serves as Director of Fund Development for the Eskaton Foundation, where she leads philanthropic strategy to support programs and services that enhance the lives of older adults across Northern California. A seasoned nonprofit advancement professional, Nicole specializes in building a culture of philanthropy through donor engagement, strategic fundraising initiatives, special events, and community partnerships. She brings more than two decades of experience in development, communications, and leadership, and is deeply committed to advancing housing stability, intergenerational programming, and life‑enriching opportunities for older adults. Nicole is an active civic and philanthropic leader and holds national certifications in fundraising and planned giving.
